Excellent accommodations. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. The location is great -a quick few blocks walk to downtown and Village Green for the explorer bus. Terrific value for the price. Highly recommend!!

Perfect location just a few blocks from the main streets so easy to walk everywhere. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Was everything I needed for a few days away. Refrigerator in the room was helpful and microwave and coffee maker in the lobby was easily accessible.

Perfect location, cleanliness, air conditioning, parking. Only complaint is mattress was sunken in on king bed and should be replaced. Would stay again. Easy walk to center. Close drive to Acadia Helpful staff. Coffee machine with good choices available free most of the day.

The place is more basic than the main building, right across the street, but was one of the cleanest rooms we've ever had anywhere. Excellent location just minutes the local bus stop travel throughout the island and walking distance to all restaurants. And a very reasonable price too.

Accommodations were perfect, the porch rockers give you a place to sit and relax outside. Staff is very helpful and efficient. You are a 10-15 minute walk to shops, restaurants and the harbor. A bonus as parking tends to fill up quickly.
